Joey Buttafuoco与Amy Elizabeth Fisher婚外情.

在AMY 17岁时因为跟JOEY的婚外情,1992年5月19日直接去JOEY家去跟对方老婆（Mary Jo Buttafuoco）摊牌，MARY没有理会，AMY枪击MARY，造成MARY一只耳朵聋了，以及脸部部份瘫痪。AMY被控告一级谋杀罪，但因AMY承认一级伤害罪，被判服刑6年。

Joey Buttafuoco因为一张证明两人发生关系日期是在Amy Elizabeth Fisher 17岁生日前的酒店收据，被控告法定强奸罪，服刑4个月（有说6个月）。
